This Privacy Policy explains how Kaska Technologies & Services Pvt Ltd (“SafeCyber”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website (safecyber.io), request a demo, or engage with our sales team. This policy is aligned with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023 and applicable Indian privacy regulations.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in the following categories:

  • Contact information you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, and job title when you submit an enquiry or request a demo.
  • Usage data: pages visited, browser type, IP address, and referring URL collected automatically via server logs.
  • Communication records: emails and messages exchanged with our sales and support teams.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your demo request, enquiry, or sales conversation.
  • To schedule and deliver a proof of concept (POC) or product demonstration.
  • To send you relevant product updates and security insights, where you have consented.
  • To improve our website and product based on usage patterns.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our website and business (such as CRM and email platforms), under strict confidentiality obligations. We will disclose information if required by law or government authority.

5. SafeCyber Platform — Customer Data

For customers using the SafeCyber platform, customer security data is processed according to your chosen LLM tier and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA) executed with your organisation:

  • Tier 1: PII is stripped before any external AI API call. Anonymised prompts only reach Anthropic's API.
  • Tier 2: Data is processed in a private cloud within your chosen region. No data leaves that region.
  • Tier 3: Data is processed on the customer's own infrastructure. Zero data egress.

6. Data Retention

Website enquiry data is retained for 24 months from the date of last contact. If a business relationship is established, data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus 7 years for legal and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@safecyber.io.

7. Your Rights (DPDPA 2023)

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal data.
  • Request erasure of your personal data where there is no legitimate reason to retain it.
  • Withdraw consent for processing at any time.
